Friday 26th March 10

Today we are going to begin editing our montage properly. We also plan to continue working on garage band and producing tunes to play along side our production.

In the 2 week holiday we are going to re shoot some of the scenes in town, mainly James' scenes as we still plan to put makeup on him.

This is james last week after we attempted to re-shoot but got stopped by the rain.

Tuesday 23rd March!
Today we are going to log and capture our footage from friday night, where we re-shot at the park night club, this time the lights were on so the footage was better quality. After log and capturing we looked at all the footage we have and cut away the bad quality footage.
Kash continued experimenting with garage band, and added to the music he had made the previous lesson.
We also plan to return to the dark room, and re shoot James and the photographs, as some of the footage broke the continuity.

Friday 19th March

Today, Kash and James had edited some things on our footage again and made some music whilst Gabbi and Gemma was doing written editing work so that we know what to shoot again when we go back.

After College we had gone to the location to film the Park night club and it was good because the sign was lit up and it looked bright. It had started raining so we couldnt shoot no more, so now it we will have re-schedule :)

Today we also looked at garage band- and experimented with soundtracks to play as non-diagetic sound in our opening. We hope this will make our scene more dramatic and professional.


Later on tonight, we will be re-shooting some of our footage, in town so we have a variety of quality shots to experiment with.

Friday 19th March!

Today we are looking over our footage, to see what we need to re-shoot :)

Today we Logged and Captured the footage which we had filmed on Friday and Saturday.
we have started to edit the scenes so that story makes more sence for the teachers.

13th Saturday, March 2010

Goose production group planned to meet up at Kash's house since the scene was located near his area. the day before, Kash went to capture some footage for the montage at night so that the signs can have lights shining on them. The group had left out to the location at 7 oclock because it was starting to get dark. and captured a lot more footage to be satisfied of having a variety of shots to edit with at the editing suite.

it was dark and cold, having a pity for the 2 actresses in dresses and high heels (Gemma and Gabi). it was coming up to a stage where they couldn't take the cold no more so we had to speed up the filming. We did go through an incident which scared the 2 girls, but since James and Kash was there, they'd always be safe :)

The group then finished the day with a nice hot chocolate at Kash's which was a total mess from his P.O.V. but at the end of the day, it was a funny day to remember :)

Friday 12th March 10
Today we went back to town, to reshoot the images for our montage. We went back to the attractions and re shot them making sure the spirit level was accurate so our shots were level. We then began to edit the montage of our production using various editing techniques.

Tuesday 9th March 10
Today we had a look at our production work, and found a few faults with the framing. Miss Smith pointed out that alot of our shots were canted angles and would need re shooting.
We then decided to return to one of our locations, the dark room, and re shoot the shot sequence of the killer and the photographs. We returned to the class room and Miss Smith was happy with them, as they were more focused and tighter framed.

Saturday 6th March 2010

On Friday (yesterday), "Angry Goose Production" went out town to do filming for our main task. our determination was increased since we was unable to film on our previous lesson due to an accidental mistake from Mrs Smith. Gemma and Gabii had booked a tripod and a camera just before 3rd period whilst James and I was going to meet them after form. We went to town and took footage of tourist attractions around Manchester for our opening montage. Once we had finished filming, we went back to college to log and capture the footage and maybe do some editing. Me and James went to the editing suite whilst Gemma and Gabi went out to eat because they were realli hungry since they didnt eat anything for lunch.
Our team as usual worked together and brought some imagination to our filming. We are sure working at a level to achieve an A grade for our task.

Tuesday 2nd March 2010

Today we was ready to begin shooting for our main task. We finally got to our location when we found out that we had we had been given the wrong battery for our camera. We were unable to film because of this and had to walk back to college.
When we had arrived back at college, We tweaked various different factors of our film such as our Shotlist and Storyboard. We also went to film some of our main task at a nearer location, Which easy walking distance. :)
